Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping for U.S. orders over $20. All orders with a final order value of at least $150 are eligible for a FREE UPGRADE to Priority shipping.

Final order value refers to the grand total of an order after all discounts or promotion have been applied. Additionally, orders must be a shipment to a single address to be a valid shipment.

Shipping method rates and delivery times shown above are provided as an estimation based on regular business operations. This information is provided to establish a general understanding of the fees and timing windows for the shipping options we provide and in no way a guarantee. These timeframes do not take into account handling time, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen events. Once orders are picked up by the carrier, the package is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, invalid shipping addresses, weather or other natural causes, and other potential causes for delays.

If the item you ordered is in stock, your item will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after credit approval. If your order is on credit review, your order may be delayed. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information to check the status of your package.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Box via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

To track your order, please click on the link included in your shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number to check the status of the package with the carrier.

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame based on your shipping method, please contact us at service@samiecollection.com as soon as possible.

Orders must ship to a single address. To ship to more than one address, please contact Customer Service at service@samiecollection.com.

Depending on your shipping method, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Depending on the size of your delivery, your order may be shipped to you in multiple packages.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately with the correct shipping address at service@samiecollection.com. Once your order is shipped, the package is no longer under our control.
For lost or damaged packages, please contact your local carrier which delivered the package(s) to you. Additionally, please inform us immediately within 5 business days of the carrier delivery date according to the tracking number.
Orders and Payments

Samie Collection accepts major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. We do not accept money orders, checks, or cash. We do not accept alternative payments such as Bitcoin.

Please provide correct and valid information (email address, phone number, and shipping address) when you place an order. If there is an error while processing your order, we may contact you to resolve the issue. We may contact you to confirm an order or to verify your information. Your order will not be processed until your information is verified. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot verify your information. If your order was cancelled, your order will be refunded back to you.


Yes. Information you provide us is secure in our website. We take extra steps to keep your financial information private and safe; Samie Collection uses 256-bit encryption and our security is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
If your order is declined, you will receive an email notifying you that your order was canceled and there may be a pending transaction on your bank statement. Please note that a pending transaction is not a processed transaction; you will not be charged for the declined transaction. This pending transaction should be cleared within 5-7 business days depending on the bank. If you want to clear the pending transaction right away, please contact your bank directly.
It will be charged once your order has been processed. You will see a charge on your billing statement as SP * SAMIE COLLECTION.
We are required to collect sales tax in our home state of California and in states where we have a nexus to which the product is being shipped. Sales tax will be billed, collected, and remitted to the state of the delivery address.
To cancel or change an order after submitting it, please contact Customer Service at service@samiecollection.com. You order cannot be canceled or changed once the package is picked up by the carrier. However, the order can be returned after you receive it. Please note that it will be your responsibility to cover return shipping fees. To return items, please refer to our return policy.
We recommend our users to create an account if you would like to see your order history. Registered members will be able to review their order history through the 'My Account' section. Unregistered customers who checkout as guests will not be able to see their order history.

If you have a code for store credit or a gift certificate, you will be able to use the code in the “Discount Codes” field at checkout. Please note that in order to apply store credit or a gift certificate your order value must match or be higher than the value of your discount code.

Returns

Our goal is to meet your expectation with our products with an enjoyable shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee money back excluding shipping fees. We provide paid return shipping labels when the item was shipped in error or there was defect found upon delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective items. We do not refund upgraded return shipping costs.

When returning, please ensure that the returning item(s) are securely packaged in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and pouches. We cannot accept returns in any other way. Please note returns are inspected and processed within 7 business days.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Notes
  • Holiday extended returns: Holiday gift orders, orders received between November 1 and January 16, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day are eligible for a 45 day extended return policy.
  • Please use the provided return address.
  • In the event an order with a discount applied to the purchase amount is returned, if the order total does not meet the minimum requirement for the discount, the remaining amount will be recalculated to reflect the price without the discount.
  • When returning your order, you must use a carrier that provides a tracking number when sending a return shipment. We are not responsible if the returning item is shipped without a tracking number or proof of delivery.

If you are a registered customer, log into your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page. There is a table with your orders and a ‘Return’ option at the end. Click ‘Return’ to be taken to a Returns form to fill out. Please include all of the information we ask from you; it will expedite the returns process for you and us.

We provide paid return shipping labels when the item was shipped in error or there was defect found upon delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective items. We do not refund upgraded return shipping costs.

In the case of returning promotional items (i.e. free gift with purchase), refunds will only be issued for the amount charged for the item on the original order. To receive a full refund, you must return your purchased item and any promotional items from your order. For example, if you received a free product with your order and return only the free product, you will not receive any return credit. If you return your purchased item and do not return your promotional gift, you will not receive any return credit. However, if you decide to keep the gift, we will deduct the value of the gift from your refund amount.
